MS Aviation accepts no liability whatsoever for the up-to-date nature or quality of the information provided. Liability claims against MS Aviation for damages of a material or ideal nature, resulting from the use or non-use of the information offered or the use of incorrect and incomplete information, are excluded on principle insofar as there is no demonstrably deliberate or grossly negligent fault on the part of MS Aviation. All quote offers are subject to change and non-binding. MS Aviation expressly reserves the right to alter, add to or delete parts of the website or the entire offer without special notice, or to cease publication either temporarily or permanently.

Regarding direct or indirect references to websites of third parties (“hyperlinks”), outside the sphere of influence of MS Aviation, an obligation to accept liability would arise solely in the event that MS Aviation is aware of the content and that it would be technically possible and reasonable to prevent use in the case of content that violates the law.
