Range

With versatile performance, fuel efficiency and spacious cabins, the Challenger jets offer an excellent option for frequent cross-country flights in a variety of weather conditions. The 601 has a transcontinental range of 3,200nm cruising at 0.74mach, whilst the range of the 604 and 605 sits at 4,000nm, with a maximum cruise speed of 0.82mach. The 605 is an avionics and structural upgrade from the 604 design, with its rounded tail cone providing better weight distribution for a smoother ride. 

Capable of operating from short runways, the Challenger 601, 604 and 605 can serve a wide range of destinations. The Challenger 605 also sports one of the most advanced cockpits and avionics systems available, the Rockwell Collins Pro Line 21 suite.

Capacity & Layout

With their wide cabins and increased headroom, the Challenger series was designed with passenger comfort in mind. The 601, 604 and 605 jets seat an average 9-12 passengers but can be configured to carry as many as 19. They include a washroom, a separate fully-equipped galley and a mid-flight accessible luggage compartment with a capacity of 115ft³. 

Designed to enhance personal productivity, these planes are constructed to give the feel of a large room rather than an aircraft. The larger windows and wider cabin of the 605 flood the aircraft with natural light to create a peaceful flight. The improved undercarriage makes for a smoother take-off and landing, making your travel as seamless as the jet itself.
