Range

With a max range of 450nm and a max altitude of 10,000ft, the AgustaWestland AW109 has excellent versatility. The max and cruise speeds of this aircraft are 311km/h and 285km/h, with a maximum endurance of four hours. Its Category A Performance Class 1 verification ensures passengers a safe flight from city centres and roof helipads in densely populated locations. This twin-engine helicopter has both power and advanced avionics which give it high performance in terms of speed, range and effectiveness.

Capacity & Layout

Boasting bright cabins and soundproofing, the AgustaWestland AW109 provides a restful and comfortable flight for its passengers. The capacity for this aircraft is 6-7 passengers and 1-2 crew members. It can have a range of layouts, from a 4 to 6 club seating design, meaning it can be arranged with your individual needs in mind. 

During the flight, passengers can relax due to the low vibration and reduced noise level characteristics of the fully articulated main rotor. Sliding doors on both sides guarantee easy passenger access, whilst also being operable in-flight. This helicopter also offers a high capacity for luggage due to its extended baggage compartment, with a payload of up to 1300kg.
