Madrid-Barajas Airport (MAD, LEMD)

Voted the best airport in the world in 2008 by the Conde Nast Traveller Reader Awards, Madrid-Barajas Airport (MAD, LEMD) is the largest airport in Spain and lies about 13km from the city centre and its financial district. 

Madrid is an important economic hub and many of our business travellers choose to fly to Madrid-Barajas Airport. In total, the airport has 4 runways which are equipped to welcome all types of jets, allowing you ultimate choice when selecting your private aircraft from the shortlist provided by your MS Aviation consultant.

Upon arrival at the airport, passengers are greeted with high wooden-made ceilings and a beautiful long building which makes moving about the airport easy. From here, it takes approximately 20 minutes to get into the centre of Madrid by car. For your return journey, the airport offers dedicated terminals for private charter flights and six individual VIP lounges. For business travellers, there are also meeting rooms for conferences. 

Barcelona El Prat Joseph Tarradellas Airport (BCN/ LEBL)

As the capital of Catalonia, Barcelona has great infrastructure which makes it perfect for tourism and business alike. The city is perfect for lovers of food, nightlife and culture whilst, as Spain’s largest industrial centre, it hosts many trade fairs and conferences every year.

Visitors usually choose to land at Barcelona El Prat Joseph Tarradellas Airport (BCN/ LEBL) which lies about 12km southwest of Barcelona, a 15-minute drive from the city. Barcelona El Prat is the second largest international airport in Spain and offers a dedicated FBO for private charter flights, allowing you to avoid crowds and queues. 

The airport has 3 take-off and landing zones and 2 passenger terminals. There are 3 runways in service; runway 1 is 10.997ft, runway 2 is 8.727ft and runway 3 is 8.293ft. Ideal for private jet passengers, a 22,798 sq ft terminal is dedicated to general and private aviation with conference rooms and lounges perfect for business clients.

San Pablo Airport Seville (SVQ, LEZL)

Known for its sherry, flamenco and UNESCO heritage sites, Seville is the artistic, cultural and financial capital of Southern Spain. San Pablo Airport Seville (SVQ, LEZL) serves the western Andalusian region of Spain. 

This airport allows guests access to the famous beaches of the Costa del Sol and the Capital of Andalusia, Seville which is 10km east. It is also possible to take day trips to Cordoba and Granada from Seville.

As this airport can become busy, many private flights come to Ibiza from Palma. Palma de Mallorca Airport (PMI) is 8km east of Palma, the capital of Mallorca. This airport has a dedicated private jet terminal (FBO) which ensures a smooth and seamless arrival and departure experience.
